3. Project Estimates and Quotes

Any project estimate, quote, or pricing information provided through the Site — including through the "Get a Quote" form — is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding contract or offer. Final pricing is determined after an on-site consultation and is subject to a written proposal and signed agreement. Submission of a quote request form does not create a contractor-client relationship. A relationship is established only upon execution of a written contract signed by both parties.

4. Service Area

Black Diamond Landscape & Outdoor Living primarily serves Salt Lake County and select surrounding areas in Utah. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our standard service area at our sole discretion.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
