A Belgard paver backyard — not the Cornwall pavilion
This Sandy backyard is the paver job. The finished field is a Belgard paver patio, a curved Belgard freestanding wall, a custom pergola, a masonry fire feature and under-cap sheet waterfalls. Those elements belong here.
They do not belong on Cornwall Court. Cornwall is a separate Sandy property with a cantilever pavilion, a poured concrete patio and Belgard retaining walls. These are two different jobs with two different material lists.
Belgard Hardscape
Belgard paver patio
The patio is a Belgard paver field — the floor of the outdoor room and the surface that ties wall, pergola, fire and water together. Do not caption this patio as custom concrete. Concrete is Cornwall.
Curved Belgard freestanding wall
A curved Belgard freestanding wall organises dining, circulation and gathering. It is a room-making wall, not the Cornwall retaining system that holds grade under a pavilion.
Custom pergola
A custom pergola sits in the Belgard hardscape as the shade structure for the patio. This is not the Cornwall cantilever pavilion and it is not the East Sandy louvered pergola.
Masonry fire feature and under-cap sheet waterfalls
A masonry fire feature and under-cap sheet waterfalls are built into the same Belgard wall-and-paver system. Heat and a thin sheet of water share the hardscape instead of sitting as kit add-ons.
